RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across corporate and professional client groups, translating workforce needs into actionable hiring plans aligned with growth.

You will partner with sourcing and onboarding, manage full-cycle recruiting, analyze labor-market data, and use Workday and recruiting tech to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Consultative talent advisor to business leaders.
• Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or specialized roles.
• Experience analyzing recruiting data and turning insights into action.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting technologies; Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
