Job summary

Oracle is seeking a national Talent Acquisition partner to identify, recruit, and qualify top candidates for various Lines of Business. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies, plan events, and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to interview to offer.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, apply a strategic, diverse approach, and mentor team members as needed while aligning with Oracle’s hiring goals and budget.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for hiring initiatives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Lines of Business.
