Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition or recruiting in financial services preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AVP HR and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recruit.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agency partnerships.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and role suitability; make hiring recommendations.
• Act as brand ambassador and ensure professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring practices; maintain data in HR systems.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire and provide reports.
• Participate in outreach, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and HR projects related to recruiting.
