Job summary

Safelite Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units. You will partner with hiring leaders, mentor peers, and use data-driven insights to drive hiring decisions.

You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates, address KPI gaps, and contribute to process improvements. Remote role with EST hours, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Field, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality hires by aligning talent strategies with business needs.
• Builds partnerships with hiring managers and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Sources, screen, and evaluate candidates using a strategic talent lens.
• Takes a proactive approach to identifying gaps in recruiting KPIs and drives improvements.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements.
• Adapts to cross-functional recruiting needs across teams and roles.
• Leverages TA technology platforms to streamline workflows and improve the candidate experience.
• Mentors peer recruiters and fosters a collaborative environment.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and policies.
