Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for the Deployment Solutions team. You will partner with hiring managers to source and select talents for Pharmaceutical and Life Science roles, including MEDICAL and SALES professionals, in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, leveraging Smart Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter, and delivering timely, high-quality hires. Travel up to 10% and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum of two years demonstrated experience with high volume staffing/recruiting MEDICAL and SALES Pharmaceutical professionals
• Experience with strategic sourcing, creating talent pipelines and high volume recruiting
• Experience using Smart Recruiter or other applicable Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a passive sourcing tool
• Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on your own and be self-sufficient
• Strong written/verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Actively source passive high performing talent and build pipelines across Pharmaceutical and Life Science roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and candidate criteria
• Manage sourcing, selection, offer negotiations and onboarding for multiple roles
• Conduct effective phone and virtual interviews to assess fit and capability
• Provide regular updates to managers and candidates to ensure transparency
• Drive improvements in attraction, screening and selection processes with innovative strategies
