Job summary

EVERSANA in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruiting team with sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate experience and drive hiring efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in HR or TA, strong project management, and excellent communication. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ATS, vendor management, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Assist with offers and prepare letters.
• Oversee applicant tracking systems and data accuracy.
• Generate reports and manage candidate communications.
