You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, leveraging Workday and AI-enabled tools to attract top talent while aligning with labor-market dynamics and company policies.

Qualifications

6+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
Experience recruiting non-technical and technical roles (Cyber, SWE, DevSecOps, Network Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Science).

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs.
Utilize talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting to identify passive candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
