Job summary

Booz Allen in McLean, VA is seeking a Mid-level Recruiter to partner with CTO office leaders, manage full lifecycle recruiting, and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

You will source through social networks, job boards, and Workday, using data-driven strategies and AI-enabled tools to improve time-to-fill and quality of hires while ensuring compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment for technical skillsets including SWE, DevSecOps, AI Engineer, Robotics, or Quantum.
• Experience using Workday.
• Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates to enable a consistently successful end-to-end hiring process.
• Provide data-driven guidance on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
