Sterling Site Access Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead professional recruiting across the organization and shape a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle professional recruiting experience.
Proactive sourcing and closing of talent, not just interviewing.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on strategy.

Responsibilities

Own professional recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer to onboarding.
Advise hiring managers on talent, market conditions and selection strategy.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles.
Manage career site, job postings, and employer branding efforts.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain search velocity.
Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve approach.
Partner with HR and Operations to scale Talent Acquisition processes and tools.
Contribute to broader people initiatives for attraction, acquisition and retention.
