Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting complex organizations or multi-entity environments.
• Experience recruiting staff and faculty in medical school or higher education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify position requirements.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
• Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pipelines; participate in employer branding activities.
