Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead strategy and delivery for US businesses, shaping Valmont’s TA practices and partnering with executives to meet staffing needs across professional, technical, manufacturing and operations roles.

You will drive standardized TA processes, leverage AI and recruitment tech, and build a high-performing team while aligning with business goals and local market requirements. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership or related field, or equivalent 10+ years of relevant experience.
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiters in a complex organization.
Experience recruiting professional/technical talent and leading recruiting for manufacturing/operations.

Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into an integrated TA strategy for US professional, technical, manufacturing and operations talent.
Lead adoption of AI, automation, and recruiting tech to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
Develop common TA practices, tools, measures, and capabilities across Valmont.
