Job summary

Cambrex is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Durham area. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to forecast needs and source top talent across business units. Lead full-cycle recruiting, drive diversity, and improve processes while ensuring competitive offers and compliant practices.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, a life sciences background, and strong communication and strategic skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience with full-cycle client facing recruiting in a corporate environment.
• 1 year recruitment experience within life sciences preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships.
• Strategic vision, multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of Cambrex when reaching out to candidates and manage full cycle recruitment.
• Source, screen and interview qualified candidates and partner with agencies as needed.
• Educate hiring managers on the process and coordinate selection to ensure best-fit hires.
• Collaborate on salary determinations, offers, and equity with the HRBP and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes and maintain data integrity.
