Job summary

Servier, a Boston-based biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across the US business and collaborate with global functions. The role requires building a strong talent pipeline, partnering with hiring teams, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, manage multiple requisitions across disciplines, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.
• High-level organization, communication, and project-based skills.
• Experience managing prospective candidates in an ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for requisitions across disciplines.
• Engage hiring managers to ensure efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to engage external labor market and pipeline efforts.
• Gather and present labor market data including salary trends and geographic information.
• Deliver a high-level candidate experience throughout recruitment while ensuring compliance.
• Manage candidate channels: job boards, referrals, internal population and external talent.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align with business goals and people strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead changes to enhance team capabilities.
