Job summary

DLR Group is a design firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategies and market conditions. You will attract top talent, build market insights, and bring creative sourcing strategies to the team.

The role sits within the HR function, collaborating with a fast-growing group dedicated to elevating the human experience through design. You will partner with business leaders to develop pipelines, manage multiple searches, and contribute to recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection experience.
• In-house full-cycle recruiting experience within the AEC industry.
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn and social platforms.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing recruiting best practices.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand needs and guide the selection and offer process.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within architecture, engineering, and design.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
