Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One in Orlando, FL is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Employee Experience division. This role blends administrative support with full cycle recruitment, helping ensure a smooth hiring process for our workforce.

You will schedule interviews, generate reports, support onboarding, and help keep candidate communications compliant with employment laws while partnering with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a publicly accredited college or university; in lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutable.
• Two years of human resources experience to include: one year of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with employment laws (EEO, ADAAA, ADEA, etc.) and hiring compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding lifecycle.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and assist applicants with the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Assist hiring managers with recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures.
• Create reports, presentations, and recruiting metrics to support TA initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding processes including orientation and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and guidelines.
• Utilize ATS to gather recruitment data and present relevant metrics.
• Support college and trade school recruiting initiatives.
• Partner to create and deliver visually engaging presentations in support of Talent Acquisition projects.
