Kubota Tractor Corp in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and advise hiring managers to support staffing aligned with business goals. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment, source and screen, interview, and negotiate offers, while partnering with managers to deliver quality candidate slates and drive talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
If degree is not held, have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidate slates.
Execute talent attraction strategies using job postings, networking, and employer brand initiatives.
Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience across all stages of the process.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and organizational priorities.
Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and employment laws.
Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
