Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS in High Ridge, MO seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across the company. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple levels, maintain ATS data, and partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role supports a growing multi-market automotive service organization and requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in automotive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience in automotive environment strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates for multiple roles.
• Manage up to 20–25 requisitions at a time in a high-volume environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and support KPI reporting.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
