Job summary

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers in High Ridge, MO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across our automotive services groups. You will manage multiple requisitions, screen candidates, and present qualified talent to hiring managers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong pipeline for ongoing staffing needs.

The role requires confidentiality, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience required.
• Previous experience within the automotive environment strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates for various operational groups.
• Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruiting and manage up to 20–25 requisitions at a time.
• Recruit for positions across multiple levels, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS to support reporting on KPIs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with consistent communication throughout interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build pipelines for recurring roles.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and support offer discussions.
• Present information clearly in meetings with managers and candidates.
• Support culture initiatives driven by People department and encourage engagement.
