Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corp in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and advise hiring managers to support staffing aligned with business goals. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment, source and screen, interview, and negotiate offers, while partnering with managers to deliver quality candidate slates and drive talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• If degree is not held, have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidate slates
• Execute talent attraction strategies using job postings, networking, and employer brand initiatives
• Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience across all stages of the process
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and organizational priorities
• Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and employment laws
• Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• If degree is not held, have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment
• Proven experience improving recruiting workflows, reducing time to fill, and enhancing candidate experience
• Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices
• Ability to support hiring managers through organizational changes, new processes, or evolving talent needs
• Experience leading recruiting projects, initiatives, or high volume hiring cycles
• Ability to manage hiring initiatives and influence leaders and cross-functional partners
• Strong communication, relationship building, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• General office environment requiring sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform job duties
