Job summary

Kubota Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Grapevine, TX to lead full-cycle recruitment and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce planning and organizational goals, while driving proactive sourcing and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
• Experience improving recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment best practices knowledge.
• Ability to guide hiring managers through changes and new processes.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or high-volume cycles.
• Ability to influence leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and interviewing.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Implement strategies to attract top talent via postings, networking, and employer branding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce needs.
• Maintain adherence to policies and employment laws during hiring.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
