Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team and support recruiting for the Americas. This role partners with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.

You will lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, use data to drive decisions, and build relationships across the organization to attract top talent. Base pay range is $90,750 - $133,100 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization.
• Proven strong, technical sales experience.
• Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects.
• Ability to self-manage with little direction.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and set priorities accordingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.
• Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions.
• Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards.
