Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to partner with HR leadership across Zynga, 2K, and Take-Two to translate strategy into priorities and programs.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management for senior HR roles, while guiding compensation, change initiatives, risk management, and data-driven insights to drive business outcomes. Hybrid Canada-based role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with senior leaders.
• Experience partnering with multiple HR brands in a matrix organization.
• Strong design and workforce planning capabilities.
• Proven talent management leadership for senior roles.
• Experience managing HR risk and employee relations with legal collaboration.
• Proficiency with people analytics to drive decisions.
• Change management planning and adoption measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder influence across leadership teams.
• Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law in NA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to HR leadership across Zynga, 2K, and Take-Two, translating HR strategy into priorities and programs.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design for HR teams, ensuring readiness for current and future needs.
• Drive talent management for HR leaders and critical roles, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Advise on compensation, mobility, and promotions with Total Rewards for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Lead and sponsor change initiatives with defined scope, timeline and governance.
• Manage HR risk and employee relations escalations with Legal and Employee Relations support.
• Deliver people analytics and actionable insights to inform senior decision-making.
• Co-design HR programs with Centers of Expertise and ensure adoption across the function.
• Ensure policy compliance in partnership with Legal and Compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate headcount and operating spend with Finance and SVP of HR.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives with Business HRBPs and People Ops.
