Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading automotive organization. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers across organizational levels.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruiting, proactive sourcing, and strengthening relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance talent attraction and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Experience staffing/recruitment and business partner experience.
• Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and closing.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source proactively to attract diverse talent across different organizational levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Support the organization’s employment branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts.
