Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading automotive organization. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers across organizational levels.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruiting, proactive sourcing, and strengthening relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance talent attraction and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Experience staffing/recruitment and business partner experience.
• Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization.

This role supports the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading organization in the automotive industry, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and partnering directly with hiring managers across various organizational levels.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Partner :

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Partner :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience required
• Fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in staffing and recruitment
• Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner experience
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
