Job summary

Navan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and hire top talent for Engineering, product, Security, and marketing in Israel. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and partner with managers to drive hiring strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own candidate experience from sourcing to offer, design recruitment projects to optimize operations, and leverage innovative outreach to attract premier talent.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multiple functions in fast-moving tech companies.
• Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS is a plus.
• Passion for candidate experience and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Source and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to align recruiting with business goals.
• Champion a seamless, professional candidate experience across the interview process.
• Design and drive projects to optimize recruiting operations and tools.
• Think creatively using modern sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Support interview teams to ensure a structured, high-standard process.
