Job summary

Navan is seeking a dynamic Sales Recruiter to scale our sales teams across EMEA. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, hunt and close top performers who will drive revenue growth, and partner with Regional Managers and VPs as a trusted hiring advisor.

You’ll design creative sourcing strategies, build world-class pipelines, and ensure a seamless interview process with a standout candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting sales talent in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals.
• Creative, resourceful and bold in sourcing tactics.
• Strong closing skills and a persistent, persuasive mindset.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluent in German.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with Regional Managers and VPs to align hiring with sales growth.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines.
• Build pipelines of top performers and manage candidate experience.
• Collaborate with interview teams to ensure a seamless, high-standard process.
• Track recruiting metrics and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
