Job summary

Sazerac in Murphy, NC seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR, leading full-cycle recruiting across assigned business functions. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes by providing market insights, driving effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process.

You will build strong pipelines, guide interview practices, monitor recruiting metrics, and ensure documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance practices.
• Ability to use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and challenge assumptions.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Experience supporting Finance, IT, or other functions in growth environments.
• Experience providing consultative talent insights and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and advise hiring leaders and HR to understand priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Provide labor market insights and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, and offers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Guide teams on structured interview practices and candidate evaluation.
• Monitor metrics and pipeline health to improve time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain documentation in recruiting systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
