Job summary

Ember Group Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Experience Associate to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting and corporate roles in a competitive market, with emphasis on sourcing and hiring top talent in Charlotte, NC.

You will partner with hiring leaders to build strong pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while advising stakeholders on market trends and effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a consulting firm, professional services environment, staffing agency, executive search firm, or corporate recruiting function.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership-level roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills with experience identifying passive candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technology, operations, finance, and corporate functions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing to attract candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical skills, competencies, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
