Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead both hourly and professional recruiting across multiple manufacturing locations. You will partner with operations and HR to develop strategies and ensure the business has the talent needed to meet goals.

You will manage a team of recruiters, leverage workforce insights and market data to drive hiring success, and travel up to 25% to manufacturing sites. This role is within a dynamic consumer packaged goods environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
7+ years in talent acquisition or related field including leadership of multi-site manufacturing recruiting.
Experience leading high-volume hourly and professional recruiting in manufacturing.
Experience managing recruiting teams with data-driven performance.
Ability to travel up to 25% to locations.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners for hourly and professional manufacturing hiring across multiple locations.
Partner with operations on workforce planning and talent pipelines.
Drive performance through data, metrics, and process improvements to increase speed and quality of hires.
Build sustainable pipelines via sourcing, events, and market engagement.
Advise business leaders with workforce insights and recruiting best practices.
