Job summary

Volvo Group seeks a strategic Head of Human Resources to join our US operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will report to the President of Volvo Autonomous Solutions US, LLC, acting as the senior HR leader to scale people programs, culture, and capability for a growing operation.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and leadership development within a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Advanced degree and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
• Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Establish scalable HR systems, policies, programs, and processes that support continued organizational growth.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure staffing strategies support operational and business objectives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
