Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Ability to articulate the organization's value proposition and strategic advantages.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance.
• Strong business acumen to anticipate talent needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Acquires skilled labor by coordinating full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Conducts talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks.
• Coordinates job advertising and postings with internal and external partners.
• Builds talent pools through internet mining and database management.
• Supports workforce planning aligned with objectives.
• Provides coaching and training to junior teammates.
• Interacts with leaders to share insights on market trends.
• Partners with teams to hire and retain top talent.
• Organizes employment fairs and campus recruiting events.
• Suggests improvements to recruitment processes to boost effectiveness.
