INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities supporting federal government contracting programs, growth initiatives, and proposal efforts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships with technical professionals, and partners with hiring managers to attract top talent for mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of technical recruiting in the federal government contracting space.
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as DevSecOps, software development, cloud, data analytics, digital modernization, engineering, and IT operations.
• Familiarity with talent-acquisition best practices in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and requirements.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
