Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Lancaster, TX to drive recruitment strategy and execution across assigned business units. You will partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support site launches and growth in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will lead complex recruiting initiatives, mentor peers, and continuously improve processes while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site recruitment and hiring initiatives.
• Experience partnering with leaders, managers, and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition strategy for assigned units and locations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including high-volume needs.
• Partner with leaders and HR to anticipate workforce needs and staffing requirements.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; improve processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
