Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in the USA Fort Worth location is hiring an onsite HR Manager to lead Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement initiatives. You will partner with site leaders to implement recruitment strategies, compensation programs and change management while ensuring legal compliance and effective workforce communications.

Travel is required, and you will supervise HR professionals, coach managers, and support business continuity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR leadership roles.
Experience driving Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Onsite role at Fort Worth location with responsibilities across recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to guide HR strategy and initiatives.
Drive transformation plans and change management with leaders and teams.
Establish robust recruitment processes for multiple levels and roles.
Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations programs.
Deliver training and development for management and workforce.
Coach managers to resolve issues and support day-to-day HR needs.
