Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Ability to balance many open positions across multiple teams
• Ability to articulate hiring manager requirements and attract top talent
• Strong urgency and delivery with a focus on candidate experience
• Experience recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
• Proficiency with internet searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process
• Ensure recruiting processes align with talent needs
• Support all stages of hiring (pre-selection, interviews, offers)
• Partner with management and HR to determine current and future recruiting needs
• Target and assess top talent for openings at all levels
• Develop candidate generation strategies emphasizing D&I
• Source passive candidates via network, web searches, databases and social media
• Conduct market research and calibrate with industry benchmarks
• Collaborate with central recruiting resources for integrated strategy
• Involve external firms when needed
• Stay updated on sourcing and recruiting trends
