Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our Spirit AeroSystems partnership, onsite in Wichita, KS or Tulsa, OK. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and deliver top candidates across multiple disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years in sourcing and recruiting, strong ATS experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and Workday for recruiting tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing and recruiting talent (internal and external).
• 5+ years using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• 5+ years sourcing with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networks.
• 3+ years partnering with management to develop recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and deliver top candidates.
• Use ATS to create requisitions, screen, and onboard candidates.
• Build high-touch relationships with internal/external candidates and hiring managers.
• Translate technical hiring needs into accurate job postings.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, Avature.
• Perform proactive Boolean searches in CRM to find candidates.
• Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and sourcing partners.
• Leverage data to improve hiring processes and forecast needs.
• Communicate status and coordinate with partners to ensure timely hires.
