Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in a full-time professional recruiting role.
• Experience influencing hiring managers through complex searches.
• Ability to use structured criteria to evaluate candidates.
• Able to collaborate on a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, schedule, interview, and negotiate offers to close candidates.
• Develop a critical eye for candidates by understanding business line needs and testing qualifications.
• Market the firm to candidates and present compelling opportunities in competitive markets.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite the hiring process.
• Lead offer delivery and negotiate equitable offers; address questions to secure acceptance.
• Analyze market data to inform strategy and sourcing; partner with recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Translate evolving business needs into practical recruiting strategies and advise hiring teams.
• Build structured selection processes to support fair evaluation and sound decisions.
