INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will identify and assess profiles (technical and non-technical) and drive the recruitment process through outreach, interviewing, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT industry head-hunting is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Review candidate information to assess fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email.
• Schedule internal interviews and update system records.
• Interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and confirm technical interviews.
• Provide ongoing candidate follow-up throughout the process.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
