Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment.
• Proven success delivering high-quality hires across multiple functions and skill sets.
• Strong sourcing expertise with passive talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Lead all aspects of the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance.
