Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in agency or corporate settings.
• Proven success delivering high-quality hires across multiple functions and skill sets.
• Strong sourcing and passive talent engagement, with ability to influence leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring leaders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
• Experience using market insights and recruiting data to drive decisions.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Workday or SmartRecruiters.
