Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions (manufacturing is preferred).
• Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
• Ability to create positive impressions and communicate to a variety of people.
• Technical proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and concise communicator.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and attentive to follow-through.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement talent strategies that identify and acquire top talent.
• Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level.
• Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, advising clients; managing the overall end to end process.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
• Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate using a variety of channels.
• Support all aspects of the interview and selection process; review and screen employment applications, resumes, and provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers.
• Work with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions and ensure proper job leveling.
• Identify and attend college and local recruiting events.
• Ensure alignment with HR policies and processes as they relate to relocation, immigration, staffing and recruiting.
• Create requisitions and maintain candidate activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Initiate and track pre-employment screens.
• Partnering with HRBP’s and Silfex leadership to deliver annual Human Resources initiatives as defined in the Annual Operating Plan.
