Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to travel for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement talent strategies to identify and acquire top talent.
• Manage relationships with clients and candidates at the professional level.
• Provide consultative search recruiting services including research and market intelligence.
• Screen candidates for qualification, culture fit, and compatibility.
• Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers with job descriptions and leveling.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and support HR initiatives.
