Aquent is partnering with a premier financial services organization to lead talent acquisition initiatives. The recruiter will design data-informed strategies, advise hiring leaders, and create strong talent pipelines to support growth and inclusive hiring across critical functions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive sourcing approach to attract top talent nationally and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate and/or retained search.
• Experience designing recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to summarize insights clearly.
• Proficiency with widely used office productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
• Advise hiring leaders with market insights, strategic talent recommendations, and guidance through the hiring process.
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements and priorities.
• Influence recruiting approaches using knowledge of organizational strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
