Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or retained search environment.
• Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize insights and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and clear guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage sourcing channels and outreach strategies to engage candidates effectively.
• Assess labor market trends and employment brand perception to refine recruiting strategies.
• Ensure structured, skills-based assessments for fair evaluation of candidates.
• Partner with interview teams to promote consistent interviewing practices.
• Prepare interview guides and synthesize feedback into actionable summaries.
• Support inclusive hiring outcomes with diverse candidate slates.
• Collaborate across TA, HR, and the wider business.
