Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment for professional exempt-level roles in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Track recruiting performance against metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
• Efficiently manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, maintaining momentum and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and execute selection processes including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
• Foster collaboration and contribute to a high-energy recruiting team at Ralliant.
