Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions including engineering, finance, human resources, safety, administration, supply chain, IT, and operations.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, corporate, administrative, engineering, and operations roles.
• Conduct intake meetings to establish position requirements and sourcing strategies.

• Present offers and assist with negotiations.
• Maintain candidate engagement through process and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
