Job summary

Hanwha Philly Shipyard is seeking a proactive Recruitment & Workforce Development partner to lead apprentice program outreach, campus engagement, and employer branding across channels.

You will build talent pipelines with trade schools and community colleges, coordinate cohort interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offers. 0-2 years in recruiting or workforce programs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 0-2 years in recruiting, workforce development, or early career programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hanwha Philly Shipyard’s apprentice program to students and partners.
• Build and manage talent pipelines with schools and workforce boards.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, testing, and candidate follow-up; ensure a smooth process.
