Job summary

HANWHA PHILLY SHIPYARD, INC is seeking a Recruitment professional to build and maintain pipelines for welders, shipbuilders, outfitters, and other skilled trades. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present qualified talent to hiring managers with clear recommendations.

You will develop sourcing strategies, monitor labor trends, and participate in career events to promote the shipyard’s opportunities and brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in industry or agency settings.
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for skilled trades and production roles.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers with recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and site visits as needed.
• Develop sourcing strategies and monitor labor market conditions to inform hiring.
• Represent the company at career events and with partner schools.
