Hanwha Philly Shipyard, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles in a heavy industrial environment.

You will partner with engineering leadership and HR, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive timelines, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, experience with ATS/HRIS,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in technical/engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, IT, or specialized professional positions in manufacturing/defense/maritime sectors.
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry job boards.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
