MSIG USA, a Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance group company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and drive a compliant, candidate-focused process.

You will leverage Workday Recruiting and analytics, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience with Workday Recruiting, recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, specialty, and leadership-level positions across assigned client groups.
Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruiting strategy, interview approach, decision criteria, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Partner with business leaders and HR to understand workforce priorities and skill gaps.
Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
Identify, screen, interview, and assess candidates with objective criteria.
Present qualified candidates with recommendations and market context to hiring managers.
